We express our sincere gratitude to God Almighty for His blessings and mercy. It is with great pleasure that we present this book dedicated to Professor Dr. Nishino Setsuo, which has finally been published after facing delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The writing of this book commenced in 2017, a year after Professor Nishino Setsuo retired. Unfortunately, due to the authors' busy schedules and the subsequent Covid-19 pandemic from 2019 to 2022, the book's completion was postponed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to Professor Nishino Setsuo and the contributing authors.
